Precise Dynamic Consensus under Event-Triggered Communication
This work addresses the problem of dynamic consensus, which consists of estimating the dynamic average of a set of time-varying signals distributed across a communication network of multiple agents.

Fine-Grained Event Trigger Detection [PDF]
Most of the previous work on Event Detection (ED) has only considered the datasets with a small number of event types (i.e., up to 38 types). In this work, we present the first study on fine-grained ED (FED) where the evaluation dataset involves much more fine-grained event types (i.e., 449 types).

In this paper, the observer-based leader-following output consensus problem is investigated for high-order nonlinear multi-agent systems with a distributed event-triggered mechanism. The system dynamics are described as a strict-feedback form and satisfy

Leading-Following Consensus for Multi-Agent Systems With Event-Triggered Delayed Impulsive Control
In this paper, the exponential leader-following consensus problem is investigated for networked multi-agent systems. In order to further reduce the usage of the communication resources, event-triggered delayed impulsive control strategy is put forward ...

Parameter‐space‐based robust control of event‐triggered heterogene‐ous platoon
A parameter‐space‐based robust platooning controller for the event‐triggered heterogeneous platoon is presented. The novel heterogeneous platoon is established with different longitudinal vehicle dynamic and driving preferences and the event‐triggered ...

Scheduling packets for Event-triggered control
For a single control loop with communication rate constraints, Event-triggered control often outperforms periodic control. When multiple loops are being controlled over a shared contention-based medium, however, the advantage of event-triggered policies is less well understood.

A switching approach to event-triggered control [PDF]
Event-trigger is used to obtain the measurements transmission instants in networked control systems. Under continuous measurements it can generate an infinite number of events in finite time (Zeno phenomenon) what makes it inapplicable to the real world systems. Periodic event-trigger avoids this behavior but does not use all the available information.

Event-triggered control for vehicle platooning [PDF]
This paper presents a method to control vehicular platoons in an event-triggered fashion. Therefore, every vehicle broadcasts its position and velocity information only at discrete event times. These events are determined by a trigger rule only depending on the agents state and on time. Two control architectures are considered.
