The importance of gene polymorphism in familial inheritance of endometriosis
Abstract Objective The study aimed to investigate familial transmission patterns in women with endometriosis by generating a customized single‐nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) array. Methods Patients aged 18–45 who were diagnosed histopathologically with endometriosis were included in the study.

Two novel lytic Enterobacter phages, HHH and RZH, displayed targeted antibiofilm activity against MDR Enterobacter cloacae complex biofilms when combined with EDTA. Activity was strongest within a narrow low‐millimolar EDTA window, reducing biofilm biomass and viable burden, while higher EDTA concentrations shifted the interaction towards antagonism ...

Abstract Prostate cancer (PCa) is the second most common type of neoplasm, currently treated with a variety of therapeutic agents. Although advances in treatment over the past decade have improved overall survival, patients with advanced PCa eventually progress from hormone‐sensitive PCa to metastatic castration‐resistant PCa.

Identification of Molecular Pathways Underlying Mn(II) Oxidation in Pseudomonas resinovorans
Transposon mutagenesis in biofilter‐associated Pseudomonas resinovorans MOB‐513 identifies a c‐di‐GMP‐dependent regulatory network involving type IV pili, two‐component systems, and diguanylate cyclases that controls Mn(II) oxidation and biofilm formation, providing new insight into microbial manganese cycling and biofilter performance.

Genomic and Phenotypic Classification of Staphylococcus Species Isolated From Delhi Air
Multiple Staphylococcus spp. were isolated from the outdoor polluted air of the Indian Capital, New Delhi. The bacterial samples were collected from 6 different locations, and the whole genome of four Staphylococcus isolates was sequenced in their entirety. This study presents the comparative genomic analysis of these four isolates.

RNA‐Guided Engineering of the Chloroplast Genome Enabled by Plastid‐Expressed Guide RNAs
ABSTRACT Our goal is to develop RNA‐guided engineering of the chloroplast genome using the CRISPR/Cas9 system. We designed chloroplast minigenes to obtain properly sized single guide RNAs (sgRNAs) in tobacco chloroplasts. The sgRNA 5′ end is defined by transcription from an rRNA operon promoter, and its 3′ end by processing a downstream tRNA (trnG) or ...

A 4′‐thiouridine phosphoramidite was prepared and site‐selectively incorporated into PTEN‐targeting gapmer ASOs. Flank‐modified gapmers with defined phosphorothioate linkage patterns maintained potent target knockdown under transfection and gymnotic delivery, matching 2′‐O‐methoxyethyl comparators and highlighting 4′‐thioribose as a valuable motif for ...

Circular Photocaged mRNA for Light‐induced Late‐stage Activation of Translation
A clickable photo‐caged 5′ cap (CyCliCap) allows to make Cyclic Click Cap‐containing mRNA (CyCliCap‐mRNA) which is remarkably stable and translationally muted until irradiated, allowing for late‐stage activation of translation in cells by light. ABSTRACT mRNA is a new medical modality as vaccine and raises hopes to become a protein replacement agent ...
