NeuroFusion-SLAM: A Deep Neural Network Framework for Real-Time Multi-Sensor SLAM

open access: yesSensors
While deep learning-based visual SLAM (VSLAM) has achieved remarkable localization accuracy, its high computational cost and latency remain critical bottlenecks for real-time deployment. To address these limitations, this paper presents NeuroFusion-SLAM,

Organ‐specific redox imbalances in spinal muscular atrophy mice are partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotides

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Connected Factors in Graphs ? a Survey [PDF]

open access: yesGraphs and Combinatorics, 2005
A subgraph \(F\) of a graph \(G\) is called a factor of \(G\) if \(V(F)= V(G)\) and \(E(F)\subseteq E(G)\). In other words \(F\) is a spanning subgraph of \(G\). A survey of factors of \(G\) that add additional restrictions on \(F\) are studied in this paper. For example, if \(f\) is a function from \(V(G)\) into the nonnegative integers, then \(F\) is

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Turbo iterative acquisition algorithm for satellite high-mobility DSSS signal

open access: yesTongxin xuebao, 2021
To solve the problems of the low acquisition probability and high computational complexity in satellite high-mobility communications, a new factor graph was designed for acquisition of the high-mobility direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) signal ...

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Factor graph localization for mobile robots using Google Indoor Street View and CNN-based place recognition

open access: yesDrone Systems and Applications, 2023
This article proposes a mobile robot localization system developed using Google Indoor Street View (GISV) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-based visual place recognition. The proposed localization system consists of two main modules. The first is a

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.
