Proteinkinase FGFR1 plays a key role in angiogenesis regulation and tumor proliferation. Inhibitors of this kinase can be used for effective treatment of solid tumors and proliferative diseases. FGFR1 inhibitors searching were performed among 3500 chromone derivatives by virtual screening and in vitro testing.
