Fixed-Time Adaptive Event-Triggered Control for Uncertain Nonlinear Systems Under Full-State Constraints

open access: yes
The problem of adaptive event-triggered control for uncertain nonlinear systems with full-state constraints was investigated. State constraints can significantly affect system performance, especially when time-varying external disturbances are present ...

Trajectory Tracking Control of Unmanned Surface Vehicles Based on a Fixed-Time Disturbance Observer

open access: yes, 2023
In ocean environments with unknown complex disturbances, the control accuracy for an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) is severely challenged with an increase in task complexity. As the foundation for executing complex tasks, it is particularly important to

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Fixed-Time Adaptive Chaotic Control for Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Subject to Unknown Parameters and Perturbations

open access: yes, 2023
It is well known that the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) exhibits chaotic characteristics when its parameters fall within a certain range, which can lead to system instability.

Organizing the interface—Plasma membrane architecture and receptor dynamics in virus‐cell interactions

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Fixed-time connectivity-preserving distributed average tracking for multiagent systems

open access: yes, 2017
This brief studies the fixed-time average tracking problem for multiagent systems under communication constraints, in which each agent has a limited sensing range.

Distributed Event-Triggered Fixed-Time Time-Varying Formation Control for Multi-Agent Systems

open access: yesMathematics
This paper investigates the distributed event-triggered fixed-time time-varying formation control problem for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems subject to model uncertainties and unknown time-varying disturbances.

pH‐mediated activation of the lysosomal arginine sensor SLC38A9

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Cells monitor nutrient levels via the lysosomal transporter SLC38A9 to activate the mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1). This study reveals that SLC38A9 function is regulated by pH. We identified histidine 544 as a critical pH sensor that undergoes conformational changes to control amino acid efflux from lysosomes; therefore, it ...

Data-Driven Event-Triggered Fixed-Time Load Frequency Control for Multi-Area Power Systems With Input Delays

open access: yes
Load frequency control is essential for maintaining power system stability, especially under uncertainties and input delays. This paper proposes a reinforcement learning-based dual-channel dynamic event-triggered fixed-time load frequency control ...
