Production of cocoa and carob‐based drink powders by foam mat drying [PDF]
AbstractThe effect of substitution of cocoa powder with carob and sucrose with stevia, on physical, chemical, and sensory properties of powder drink mixtures was studied. These powders were then subjected to foam mat drying to produce easily solvable instant powders and to determine the effect of the process on their physical, chemical, and sensory ...

Antioxidant Effect of Pumpkin Flower (Cucurbita maxima) in Chicken Patties
In this work, the antioxidant effect of pumpkin flower powder was evaluated in chicken patties. For this purpose, three drying methods were proposed to obtain the pumpkin flower powder and preserve its properties (antioxidants, color, odor): foam-mat ...

ABSTRACT Platelet transfusions to treat bleeding complications use donor‐derived platelets stored at room‐temperature, that have a shelf‐life of only 5–7 days due to bacterial contamination risks. Cold‐stored and freeze‐dried platelets are being investigated for extending shelf‐life, but these still have the inherent challenge of donor‐dependency.

KINETIC AND MATHEMATICAL MODELING IN PUMPKIN FOAM-MAT DRYING
The aim of this research was to adjust mathematical models to the pumpkin foam drying process at different drying temperatures, noting the sensitivity of the parameter temperature. A dose of 8% w/w Emustab® were added to the pulp and the mixture was subjected to stirring.

V2CTx MXene as a Sacrificial Promoter for NiFe Catalyst for Anion Exchange Membrane Electrolyzers
These findings demonstrate that V2CTx functions beyond passive conductive support as an active electronic participant whose structural legacy sustains durable performance even after vanadium leaching in Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) Electrolysers. ABSTRACT Nickel‐iron layered double hydroxides (NiFe‐LDH) show excellent activity, their poor conductivity

A defect‐engineered, hierarchically porous carbon black/CNT current collector guides lithiophilic nucleation in 3D architecture. Steam‐created defects enable uniform Li plating, while CNTs provide conductivity and a lightweight framework, suppressing dendrites and side reactions for stable anode‐free cells.
