This study introduces β‐glucan‐shielded apremilast laden nanomicelles that withstand gastrointestinal degradation, selectively accumulate in inflamed colon tissue, and modulate the microbiota–gut–brain axis. The formulation restores barrier integrity, reduces systemic and neuroinflammation, and improves anxiety‐ and depression‐like behaviors in colitis

Distinct T helper cell dependence of memory B-cell proliferation versus plasma cell differentiation [PDF]
Several memory B-cell subclasses with distinct functions have been described, of which the most effective is the class-switched (CS) memory B-cell population.

Enhancing Super‐Resolution Spatial Transcriptomics Data by Transfer Learning
SpotZoomer employs a transfer‐learning‐based strategy to enhance the resolution of Visium data by leveraging available high‐resolution priors. The resulting super‐resolved maps enable sharper delineation of cell boundaries and more precise inference of cell–cell communication patterns that would otherwise remain obscured at native resolution.

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

Cancer‐Associated BCL‐2 Mutants Reveal Mechanisms Towards Venetoclax Resistance
Venetoclax (VEN) resistance in chronic lymphocytic leukemia arises from diverse BCL2 mutations. We map mechanisms contributing to VEN resistance across common BCL‐2 variants. G101V and D103Y reduce drug binding and increase sequestration of pro‐apoptotic proteins. V156D blocks VEN allosterically.

Engineering‐Modulated Molybdenum Enzymes Strategy for Tumor‐Specific Metabolic‐Immunotherapy
Biodegradable molybdenum sulfide nanoparticles were synthesized via a one‐pot strategy to increase molybdenum enzyme activity and thus effectively potentiate anti‐tumor immunity by integrating molybdenum‐based metalloimmunotherapy with hydrogen sulfide gas therapy.

Harnessing T Follicular Helper Cell Responses for HIV Vaccine Development
Passive administration of broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNAbs) capable of recognizing a broad range of viral strains to non-human primates has led to protection from infection with chimeric SIV/HIV virus (SHIV).

Modulating Calcium Homeostasis via a Biomimetic Scaffold to Rescue Diabetic Ischemic Wounds
This strategy addresses impaired microcirculation and loss of extracellular matrix (ECM) guidance in diabetic wound healing. Musc@CP, a nanofibrous dressing combining an ECM‐mimetic chitosan‐pullulan scaffold with muscone, enhances perfusion by attenuating intracellular Ca2+ overload‐associated endothelial dysfunction.

Ezh2 is an histone methyltransferase that catalyzes H3K27me3. Here the authors show that Ezh2 promotes T follicular helper (TFH) differentiation and helper activity, by cooperating with Tcf1 to activate Bcl6 transcription and epigenetically repressing ...
