Formation à distance et activité du stagiaire de la formation professionnelle continue

open access: yesÉducation et Socialisation, 2014
This paper discusses the practical vocational training in the framework of a hybrid system. This is particularly ask the vocationnal education training as operational content to facilitate the transformation of subjects in action.

Localization and clustering in the nuclear Fermi liquid [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
Using the framework of nuclear energy density functionals we examine the conditions for single-nucleon localization and formation of cluster structures in finite nuclei.

Cell wall target fragment discovery using a low‐cost, minimal fragment library

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
LoCoFrag100 is a fragment library made up of 100 different compounds. Similarity between the fragments is minimized and 10 different fragments are mixed into a single cocktail, which is soaked to protein crystals. These crystals are analysed by X‐ray crystallography, revealing the binding modes of the bound fragment ligands.

Characterizing the salivary RNA landscape to identify potential diagnostic, prognostic, and follow‐up biomarkers for breast cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

The Star Formation Histories of Two Northern LMC Fields

open access: yes, 1999
Ground-based UBV photometry of two fields in the northern disk of the LMC are presented. A distance modulus of (m-M)_0 = 18.41 +/- 0.04 and an extinction of A_V = 0.30 +/- 0.05 has been calculated for these fields.

Adenosine‐to‐inosine editing of miR‐200b‐3p is associated with the progression of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A‐to‐I editing of miRNAs, particularly miR‐200b‐3p, contributes to HGSOC progression by enhancing cancer cell proliferation, migration and 3D growth. The edited form is linked to poorer patient survival and the identification of novel molecular targets.

Identity and Social Distance in Friendship Formation [PDF]

open access: yes
We analyze a network formation model where agents belong to different communities. Both individual benefits and costs depend on direct as well as indirect connections.

The distance to the C component of I Zw 18 and its star formation history: A probabilistic approach

open access: yes, 2009
We analyzed the resolved stellar population of the C component of the extremely metal-poor dwarf galaxy Izw18 in order to evaluate its distance and star formation history as accurately as possible.

Integrated genomic and proteomic profiling reveals insights into chemoradiation resistance in cervical cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
A comprehensive genomic and proteomic analysis of cervical cancer revealed STK11 and STX3 as a potential biomarkers of chemoradiation resistance. Our study demonstrated EGFR as a therapeutic target, paving the way for precision strategies to overcome treatment failure and the DNA repair pathway as a critical mechanism of resistance.
