1996Both monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies have been raised against fumonisins (Fm) and the hydrolyzed toxin in several laboratories. They have been used in several immunoassays and can detect 5 to 5000 ng of FmB1/mL in a "clean" standard solution. However, sample matrices still give severe interferences.
