Exoskeleton‐assisted physiotherapy in school and outpatient contexts for minimally ambulant children with cerebral palsy

open access: yesDevelopmental Medicine &Child Neurology, EarlyView.
Abstract Aim To assess the clinical feasibility of lower‐limb pediatric exoskeleton‐assisted (Trexo Plus) physiotherapy for minimally ambulatory children at an outpatient center and a primary school. Secondary aims were to assess associated functional and goal‐based outcomes before and after Trexo‐based physiotherapy.

Amplification of GaSb-Based Diode Lasers in an Erbium-Doped Fluoride Fibre Amplifier

open access: yesIEEE Photonics Journal, 2023
Building upon recent advances in GaSb-based diode lasers and Er-doped fluoride fibre technologies, this article demonstrates for the first time the fibre-based amplification of mid-infrared diode lasers in the wavelength range around 2.78 $\mu$m.

Magnetotunneling in a Two-Dimensional Electron-Hole System Near Equilibrium [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
We have measured the zero-bias differential tunneling conductance of InAs/AlSb/GaS b/AlSb/InAs heterostructures at low temperatures (1.7K < T < 60K) and unde r a magnetic field at various angles with the heterostructure's interfaces.

GaSb-based solar cells for multi-junction integration on Si substrates

open access: yesSolar Energy Materials and Solar Cells, 2019
We report on the first single-junction GaSb solar cell epitaxially grown on a Si substrate. A control stand-alone GaSb solar cell was primarily fabricated, which demonstrated a 5.90% efficiency (AM1.5G).

Government Financial Reporting: A Study of Nested Controversy

open access: yesFinancial Accountability &Management, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT There are two schools of thought on government financial reporting: one emanating from societal values and accountability to citizens; and one based on investment decisions and a business approach. There are staunch proponents of these different perspectives, which are rooted in economic thought and values.

Compensation effect enables high‐mobility in Te‐doped gallium antimonide

open access: yesInformation & Functional Materials
High crystal perfection, large diameter, and low defect density gallium antimonide (GaSb) crystals are always the targets for fabricating high‐quality GaSb‐based chips.

Edge transport in InAs and InAs/GaSb quantum wells [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
We investigate low-temperature transport through single InAs quantum wells and broken-gap InAs/GaSb double quantum wells. Non-local measurements in the regime beyond bulk pinch-off confirm the presence of edge conduction in InAs quantum wells.

Social Equity Practices in Public Financial Management: A Conceptual Review and Proposed Reforms

open access: yesPublic Administration, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Equity has been at the core of public finance going at least as far back as 1776 when Adam Smith included it as one of four canons of a good tax in his classic An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations (Tax Project Institute 2025).

From Opportunity to Constraint: Structural Inequities in Public Pension Fund Investing

open access: yesPublic Budgeting &Finance, EarlyView.
Abstract This study examines how structural features shape participation in private equity across U.S. state and local public pension systems. Using panel data from the Boston College Public Plans Database the analysis introduces the concept of structural asymmetries to explain persistent differences in access to illiquid investment strategies ...
