Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Robust optimization model for uncertain multiobjective linear programs
In this paper, we consider the multiobjective linear programs where coefficients in the objective function belong to uncertainty sets. We introduce the concept of robust efficient solutions to uncertain multiobjective linear programming problems.

STABILITY ANALYSIS OF GENERAL LINEAR NYSTROM METHODS [PDF]
In this talk we investigate the linear stability properties of the new family of General Linear Nystrom methods (GLNs), which is an extension of General Linear Methods to special second order ODEs y'' = f (x, y). We present the extension of the classical

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Canonical Properties of General Linear Methods for Hamiltonian Problems [PDF]
This talk is devoted to the investigation of the canonical properties of general linear methods for long time integration of Hamiltonian problems. Runge-Kutta methods exhibit some fundamental canonical properties if they are symplectic.

The linear matching method applied to the high temperature life integrity of structures. Part 1. Assessments involving constant residual stress fields [PDF]
Design and life assessment procedures for high temperatures are based on 'expert knowledge' in structural mechanics and materials science, combined with simplified methods of structural analysis. Of these R5 is one of the most widely used life assessment

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Foreign direct investment and corruption in developing economies: Evidence from linear and non-linear panel Granger causality tests [PDF]
This paper determines the causal link between FDI and corruption in 42 developing countries using linear and non linear panel Granger causal methods over the period 1998 to 2009. The findings show that the outcome of the causal association depends on the

Targeted therapy was evaluated in SHH medulloblastoma using neuroepithelial stem cell (NES) and tumor‐derived NES‐like (tNES) models in 2D monolayers and 3D spheroids. PI3K, AKT, and CDK4/6 inhibitors had minimal effects in NES but markedly reduced viability and growth and induced apoptosis in tNES cells, revealing distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Cutting plane methods for general integer programming [PDF]
Integer programming (IP) problems are difficult to solve due to the integer restrictions imposed on them. A technique for solving these problems is the cutting plane method.
