In the pathological context of osteoarthritis (OA), the phosphorylation of AKT1 at Ser473 enhances its binding to Lys140 of Insig1, which facilitates the formation of AKT1–Insig1 complex. Subsequently, the activation of AKT1 promotes the phosphorylation of Insig1 at Ser189, potentially enhancing the dissociation of Insig1 from sterol regulatory element‑

We developed UCtracker, a urine DNA methylation–based deep learning model, for noninvasive diagnosis and postoperative surveillance of urothelial carcinoma. UCtracker demonstrates high diagnostic accuracy, robustness at ultralow sequencing depth, early recurrence detection, and dynamic risk‐stratified monitoring of molecular residual disease ...

Pasta is a transcriptomic aging clock built on an age‐shift learning framework and trained on 17 000 samples across 21 datasets. It accurately predicts relative biological age across tissues, platforms, and species, captures stemness‐to‐senescence transitions, and identifies age‐modulatory perturbations.

The present study demonstrated that PFOA and HFPO‐TA exposure suppressed CDK4, disrupted MERCs and impaired PINK1/Parkin‐mediated mitophagy, thereby accelerating cardiac senescence, whereas CAG effectively reversed these pathological changes in vitro. Our findings identify CDK4 as a critical regulator bridging mitophagy defects and cardiac senescence ...

T‐Cell Remodeling in Renal Fibrosis: From Acute Injury to Chronic Kidney Disease
This Review presents renal fibrosis as a sequence of overlapping T‐cell programs, from chemokine‐guided recruitment and metabolic activation to maladaptive polarization, tertiary lymphoid structure formation, tissue residency, exhaustion, and senescence.

ABSTRACT Radiotherapy efficacy is constrained by tumor radioresistance, which arises in part from the interplay between reactive oxygen species (ROS) and epigenetic regulation. This review systematically synthesizes the bidirectional “epigenetics‐ROS interactive network” that governs tumor radiosensitivity. We propose that this network operates through

ABSTRACT In a patient with advanced ovarian cancer showing limited response to paclitaxel–carboplatin, adding sintilimab was associated with R0 cytoreduction and sustained disease‐free status during olaparib–bevacizumab maintenance. This case provides a rationale for further investigation of PD‐1 blockade as neoadjuvant therapy in carefully selected ...

ABSTRACT Cervical carcinosarcoma (CCS), also known as malignant mixed Müllerian tumor (MMMT) of the cervix, is an exceptionally rare and aggressive biphasic neoplasm composed of both epithelial and mesenchymal malignant components. Due to its rarity, optimal management strategies are not well established, particularly in low‐resource settings.

ABSTRACT Background Gallbladder cancer (GBC) is a biologically complex malignancy arising from the epithelial lining of the gallbladder, with adenocarcinoma constituting the major histological subtype. Early detection is challenging because of vague clinical manifestations and the organ's deep‐seated anatomical location, resulting in diagnosis at ...

Metastatic Lung Adenocarcinoma to the Uterus Mimicking a Primary Uterine Malignancy: A Case Report
ABSTRACT Background Lung adenocarcinoma is the most prevalent subtype of non‐small cell lung cancer and exhibits a high tendency for distant metastasis. However, uterine metastasis with synchronous multiorgan involvement is extremely rare and prone to misdiagnosis due to atypical clinical presentations.
