A 3D anisotropic hydrogel derived from heart extracellular matrix guides cytoskeletal alignment and nuclear remodeling in reprogrammed cardiomyocyte‐like cells. This study reveals how matrix alignment modulates nuclear envelope dynamics and chromatin state, triggering transcriptional and functional maturation.

We present a genome assembly of Viola odorata (Sweet violet; Streptophyta; Magnoliopsida; Malpighiales; Violaceae). The genome sequence has a total length of 698.62 megabases. Most of the assembly (99.9%) is scaffolded into 10 chromosomal pseudomolecules.

We developed a novel copper‐doped aluminum nano‐adjuvant (CuNA) to overcome cytarabine resistance in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). CuNA effectively sensitizes drug‐resistant AML cells to cytarabine by inducing mitochondrial dysfunction and inhibiting HMGCR/GPX4 to amplify ferroptosis.
