Macrophage PABPC4‐SPP1 Axis Orchestrates Immunosuppression in Colorectal Cancer

In the CRC microenvironment, macrophage PABPC4 binds to the 3′UTR of SPP1 mRNA to stabilize its expression, thereby sustaining M2‐like immunosuppressive macrophage polarization. Concurrently, this axis suppresses CD8+ T cell effector functions via CD44 signaling, collectively fostering an immunosuppressive niche that drives tumor progression.

Early Spatial and Contextual Coding Deficits in Hippocampal CA1 Precede Performance Decline in an Alzheimer's Disease Model

Two‐photon calcium imaging in behaving 5xFAD mice reveals early CA1 coding deficits before behavioral decline. Task‐related place cell activity and splitter cell trajectory coding are impaired, with reduced retrospective dominance and greater prospective weighting.

Tau Aggregate Imaging and Transcriptomics of Alzheimer's Disease Brain at Different Stages of Disease

The protein aggregates and gene expression in the middle temporal gyrus (MTG) and somatosensory cortex (SOM) of the postmortem brains of 13 Alzheimer's disease patients were studied in detail, revealing that small hyperphosphorylated tau aggregates increase with Braak stage driven by microglial inflammation.
