The detectability of the GH analog somatrogon with approved doping control immunoassays for hGH and hCG was evaluated and a both sensitive and specific qualitative detection assay employing affinity purification, tryptic digestion, and LC‐HRMS/MS was developed to confirm the presence of the drug in suspicious serum samples. Abstract Due to the presumed

A cost minimized immunoaffinity protocol was developed, which allows the direct purification of ERAs from human urine. After slight modification, the protocol is also applicable to serum and plasma and is fully compliant with WADA TD2024EPO. Compared to commercial EPO‐purification kits, the material costs are significantly lower.

Association of ventricular–arterial coupling with heart failure (HF) biomarkers in the STANISLAS cohort. MMP, matrix metalloproteinase; NT‐proBNP, N‐terminal pro‐B‐type natriuretic peptide. Aims Impaired left ventricular–arterial coupling (VAC) has been shown to correlate with worse prognosis in cardiac diseases and heart failure (HF).
