Good Syndrome Coexisting With Leukopenia

A 61-year-old man was admitted to our hospital for further examinations of a mediastinal mass. He had underwent an extended thymothymectomy, and had a tumor that was diagnosed as a type B1 thymoma, according to the World Health Organization. One year after surgery he was admitted again for recurrent diarrhea and pneumonia.
