Acinar‐Derived Organoids Reveal Stage‐Specific Control of Acinar Plasticity
Advanced Science, EarlyView.An acinar‐derived organoid system maintains adult pancreatic acinar identity ex vivo, converts it along an ordered acinar‐to‐ductal‐like trajectory, and then partially restores it. Each transition carries its own signal requirement, with EGF/EGFR initiating conversion and a staged glucocorticoid–IGF1R switch driving redifferentiation.
