The effect of grape ripening stage on red wine color
The physico-chemical and chromatic characteristics of grapes (Vitis vinifera L. cv. Monastrell) harvested at six different degree of ripeness (from August 16 to October 24, 2002) and that of the wines obtained from these grapes have been studied.

Double Helix Structure for Stable Flexural Actuation in Soft Robotics
This work introduces a double‐helical architecture for soft robotic actuators that enhances twisting resistance, increases output force, and minimizes undesired deformation. Actuators driven by shape‐memory alloy wires exhibit a roughly fivefold higher torsional/flexural stiffness ratio and 50% greater force output.

Evaluation of colour content in grapes originating from south Moravia
The content of total anthocyanins was determined in grapes of nine grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) varieties belonging to the traditional blue vine varieties grown in south Moravia (Czech Republic) within the period of 2002-2007.
