A sustainable synthesis of cobalt phthalocyanine (CoPc) using low‐impact solvents yields high‐performance electrocatalysts with reduced waste (E‐factor 18.6). When integrated into gas diffusion electrodes, CoPc achieves up to 12% Faradays efficiency for CO2‐to‐methanol and 65% CO2‐to‐CO conversion, aligning with state‐of‐the‐art materials and enabling ...

The synthesis of 2‐methyl propellane and its conversion to various 1,2‐ and 1,2,3‐di‐ and trisubstituted bicyclopentanes is reported. Abstract Bicyclo[1.1.1]pentanes (BCPs) have emerged as isosteric replacements for mono‐ and para‐substituted benzene rings in medicinal and materials applications, involving substitution at the BCP bridgehead (1,3 ...

Versatile Palladium‐Catalyzed C‐H Arylation of Fluoroarenes with 2‐Chloropyridine Derivatives
Direct C─H arylation of fluoroarenes with 2‐chloropyridines is enabled by a simple Pd/SPhos system in isopropyl acetate. The method uses inexpensive reactants and shows broad scope and high yields. DFT computations explain reactivity and selectivity.

The Impact of Different HRM Regimes on Labour Productivity: National Results and a Regional Perspective [PDF]
This paper uses AWIRS 95 and IRWIRS 96-7 data to test whether workplaces which used ‘soft’ versus ‘hard’ Human Resource Management (HRM) policies and practices experienced significant differences in labour productivity improvements.

5‐Substituted 2‐(naphthalen‐2‐yl)‐4H‐chromen‐4‐ones are reported as a novel class of highly potent and selective triplex DNA ligands. These ligands induce triplex formation at submicromolar concentrations and inhibit enzymatic activity via ligand‐mediated triplex formation.
