Abstract figure legend Schematic outlining the activation of hypoxia‐sensitive pathways, the influence of hypoxia and associated pathways on the cytoskeleton, and the impact of these on disease progression. Abstract A highly‐regulated and dynamic cytoskeleton is vital for functional cellular physiology and the maintenance of homeostasis.

A Quarter Century of EHD Protein Research: From Endosomal Recycling to Ciliopathies
Human EHD protein subcellular localization. ABSTRACT Eps15 homology domain‐containing proteins comprise a conserved family of membrane‐remodeling ATPases that regulate endocytic trafficking, membrane fission, receptor recycling, primary ciliogenesis and membrane dynamics across eukaryotes. Since the initial identification of EHD1 and its Caenorhabditis

Genetic Variability in OXTR Polymorphism and Infant Reactivity to Ostracism Experiences
ABSTRACT The oxytocin system is central to regulating social behaviors, with genetic variations in the oxytocin receptor gene (OXTR), particularly the rs53576 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), linked to individual differences in emotional reactivity and social cognition. GG genotype carriers typically show heightened sensitivity to social dynamics,

In HepG2 cells, Aroclor 1254 induced oxidative stress, DNA damage, apoptosis, and mutagenicity; co‐treatment with curcumin restored antioxidant defenses (GSH/thiols; SOD, CAT, GPx, GR, TrxR), reduced ROS and comet/8‐OHdG readouts, and attenuated caspase activation, demonstrating curcumin's hepatoprotective and genoprotective modulation of PCB toxicity.

RNA Modifications in Tumor Microenvironment: A New Dimension for Cancer Treatment
Tumor initiation and progression depend on a supportive and highly heterogeneous tumor microenvironment (TME). RNA modifications regulate signaling pathways and cytokine networks that shape TME dynamics, facilitating interactions between cancer cells and noncancerous stromal cells, and ultimately promoting immune evasion and tumor progression ...
