Topical Valproate Solution for Hair Growth
Valproate is used regularly in the treatment of various seizure disorders, bipolar disorder, migraine prophylaxis and off label in many other conditions. Alopecia or hair loss is cosmetic side effect of oral valproate administration.

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

The study establishes an immune‐cure (ICu) mouse model based on a TMEMed G422TN‐GBM system that faithfully recapitulates human TMEMed GBM. scRNA‐seq analysis reveals a Csmd3+ microglial subset with innate immune memory (IIM) potential that potently suppresses GBM growth, drives a TME cold‐to‐hot transition, and induces 100% ICu in long‐term survival ...

This study unveils a novel antibacterial mechanism against MRSA, in which the compound Py‐27 selectively targets and inhibits aspartate transcarbamoylase (ATCase), a key enzyme in pyrimidine synthesis. This inhibition disrupts DNA replication, induces oxidative damage, leading to potent bactericidal activity.

Modulating Calcium Homeostasis via a Biomimetic Scaffold to Rescue Diabetic Ischemic Wounds
This strategy addresses impaired microcirculation and loss of extracellular matrix (ECM) guidance in diabetic wound healing. Musc@CP, a nanofibrous dressing combining an ECM‐mimetic chitosan‐pullulan scaffold with muscone, enhances perfusion by attenuating intracellular Ca2+ overload‐associated endothelial dysfunction.

Dual Lineages of Langerhans Cells Cooperate to Restore the Immune Barrier after Skin Injury
After skin injury, the epidermal immune barrier is rebuilt by two sources of Langerhans cells. Resident Langerhans cells first move into the wound during re‐epithelialization, guided by CXCR2 signaling. Later, recruited monocytes become long‐lived Langerhans cells.

Deciphering the molecular mechanisms of stem cell dynamics in hair follicle regeneration
Hair follicles, which are connected to sebaceous glands in the skin, undergo cyclic periods of regeneration, degeneration, and rest throughout adult life in mammals. The crucial function of hair follicle stem cells is to maintain these hair growth cycles.
