[Preliminary study on biological printing of hBMSCs].

Zhongguo xiu fu chong jian wai ke za zhi = Zhongguo xiufu chongjian waike zazhi = Chinese journal of reparative and reconstructive surgery, 2010
To establish a two-dimensional biological printing technique of hBMSCs so as to control the cell transfer process and keep cell viability after printing.Bone marrow (5 mL) was obtained from healthy volunteer. The hBMSCs were regularly subcultured to harvest cells at passage 2, which were adjusted to the single cell suspension at a density of 1 x 10(6 ...

[Effect and mechanism of leptin on osteoblastic differentiation of hBMSCs].

Zhongguo xiu fu chong jian wai ke za zhi = Zhongguo xiufu chongjian waike zazhi = Chinese journal of reparative and reconstructive surgery, 2009
To investigate the effect and mechanism of leptin (LEP) on the osteoblastic differentiation of hBMSCs in vitro.Whole bone marrow culture method was applied to culture hMBSCs and hBMSCs at passage 3 were divided into groups A, B, C, D, E and F, and when cell attachment was evident, 400, 200, 100 and 50 ng/mL LEP, 100 ng/mL BMP and common nutrient medium

PAI‐1 transfected‐conditioned media promotes osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs

Cell Biology International
AbstractReconstruction of injured bone remains challenging in the clinic owing to the lack of suitable bone grafts. The utilization of PAI‐1 transfected‐conditioned media (P‐CM) has demonstrated its ability to facilitate the differentiation process of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), potentially serving as a crucial mediator in tissue regeneration.

Adsorption of polyphosphoric acid to titanium surface and its effect on hBMSC attachment

International Congress Series, 2005
Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of pre-treatment of titanium (Ti) surface with polyphosphoric acid on the initial attachment of human bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs). The results of this study revealed that adsorption of polyphosphoric acid to Ti significantly enhanced initial attachment of hBMSCs.

[The effect of rhAm and EMPs on promoting differentiation of hBMSCs into osteoblasts].

Shanghai kou qiang yi xue = Shanghai journal of stomatology, 2016
To compare the effect of recombinant full-length human amelogenin (rhAm) and enamel matrix proteins (EMPs) on differentiation of human bone marrow stromal cells (hBMSCs) into osteoblasts. Meanwhile, to investigate the possible mechanism of rhAm promoting osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs.The hBMSCs were cultured in vitro. The cells were treated with

hBMSC-TERT in Cutaneous Diabetic Wound—Histological Analysis and Metalloproteinases

Diabetes, 2018
Diabetes (DM) is associated with micro- and macrovascular complications and impaired wound healing which leads to the formation of chronic lesions. Mesenchymal stem cells exert anti-inflammatory and secretory actions and their use in chronic lesions has obtained a high success rate, improving the healing process. In the present study, we have evaluated

Methylation of the promoter A of estrogen receptor alpha gene in hBMSC and osteoblasts and its correlation with homocysteine

Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, 2011
Recent studies have shown that adult osteoporosis could be induced by ageing and estrogen deficiency and homocysteine (Hcy) is an independent risk factor of fracture in osteoporosis patients. In this study, we found hypermethylation of the promoter A region in the estrogen receptor alpha (ERα) gene, and methylation in 70.59% of 68 post-menopausal women,

Regulation of Osteogenic Differentiation of hBMSCs by the Overlay Angles of Bone Lamellae-like Matrices

ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces
Oriented fibers in bone lamellae are recognized for their contribution to the anisotropic mechanical performance of the cortical bone. While increasing evidence highlights that such oriented fibers also exhibit osteogenic induction to preosteoblasts, little is known about the effect of the overlay angle between lamellae on the osteogenic ...

[Differentiation of intervertebral nucleus pulposus-like cells from hBMSCs].

Zhongguo xiu fu chong jian wai ke za zhi = Zhongguo xiufu chongjian waike zazhi = Chinese journal of reparative and reconstructive surgery, 2009
To compare the molecular phenotype of human intervertebral disc cells and articular chondrocytes and to analyze whether hBMSCs can differentiate into both chondrocytes and nucleus pulposus cells after combined induction of TGF-beta3 and BMP-7 in vitro. The cells with the characteristics of hBMSCs were isolated from marrow aspirates of the volunteer ...
