The effect of AKT in extracellular matrix stiffness induced osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs

Cellular Signalling, 2022
Extracellular matrix (ECM) stiffness is an important biophysical factor in human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) differentiation. Although there is evidence that Yes-associated protein (YAP) plays an important role in ECM elasticity induced osteogenesis, but the regulatory mechanism and signaling pathways have not been distinctly uncovered.

Tissue engineered bone via templated hBMSCs mineralization and its application for bone repairing

Biomaterials Advances, 2022
To develop bone implants, a novel tissue-engineered bone was constructed via templated human bone mesenchymal stem cells (hBMSCs) mineralization. Firstly, an osteoid-like template (Os-template) with aligned collagen fibers was prepared and followed by seeding hBMSCs to mimic the process of bone formation.

HAMSCs/HBMSCs coculture system ameliorates osteogenesis and angiogenesis against glucolipotoxicity

Biochimie, 2018
Osteoporosis and vascular lesions induced by glucolipotoxicity are common complications of diabetes mellitus (DM). In order to deal with these complications, we designed a new therapeutic strategy, i.e. coculture system containing human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells (HAMSCs) and human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (HBMSCs).

Polydopamine–Ag composite surface guides HBMSCs adhesion and proliferation

Biomedical Materials, 2021
Abstract Human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (HBMSCs) are regarded as an important resource in the field of maxillofacial bone regeneration because of their favorable properties when compared with other stem cells. Hence, finding suitable materials that could extend the application of HBMSCs has become an emerging medical topic ...

Behavior of hBMSC on Nano Hydroxyapatite Surface

Advanced Materials Research, 2010
The bioactivity of HA has been tested by its osteoconduction ability in vivo. Nano HA has higher specific surface area and was presumed to have high bioactivity. In this paper, nano needle HA was synthesized by the microemulsion method. The properties of such nano materials were analyzed by the XRD and TEM.

CD24 reguliert immunmodulatorische Eigenschaften in hBMSCs

2017

Promoting Cardiomyogenesis of hBMSC with a Forming Self‐Assembly hBMSC Microtissues/HA‐GRGD/SF‐PCL Cardiac Patch Is Mediated by the Synergistic Functions of HA‐GRGD

Macromolecular Bioscience, 2016
Bone marrow‐derived mesenchymal stem cell microtissues (BMSCMT) enhanced cardiomyogenesis in vitro and cardiac repairs of myocardial infarcted hearts in vivo are documented. Producing human BMSCMT onto patches in vitro for cardiac tissue engineering has not been reported.

IRX5 suppresses osteogenic differentiation of hBMSCs by inhibiting protein synthesis

Journal of Cellular Physiology
AbstractIn our previous study, IRX5 has been revealed a significant role in adipogenesis of hBMSCs. Considering the expansion of adipose tissue in bone marrow in aged and ovariectomy‐related osteoporosis, the effect of IRX5 on the osteogenesis of BMSCs still needs to be elucidated.

[Comparison and analysis between CLL-hBMSC and N-hBMSC].

Zhongguo shi yan xue ye xue za zhi, 2014
This study was purpose to compare and analyze the chronic lymphocytic leukemia human bone marrow stromal cells (CLL-hBMSC) and normal hBMSC (N-hBMSC) so as to provide theoretical evidence for establishment of CLL-hBMSC interaction model to imitate CLL microenvironment.
