High-resolution mass spectrometry for glycoproteomics

Bioanalysis, 2023
Tweetable abstract Bottom-up glycoproteomics combined with top-down strategy allows direct analysis of glycoform-mapped glycosylation and its glycans by high-resolution mass spectrometry.

Mass microscopy: high-resolution imaging mass spectrometry

Journal of Electron Microscopy, 2010
Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) imaging mass spectrometry (IMS) is a technique that localizes the spatial distribution of molecules and identifies structures by their molecular mass signatures. Recently, the resolution of MALDI-IMS has been up to microscopic level. MALDI-IMS does not need either separation or purification procedures

High resolution field desorption mass spectrometry

Analytica Chimica Acta, 1976
Abstract Sulphate esters and sulphate salts of biochemicals and pharmacologically active compounds have been investigated by field desorption mass spectrometry. The underivatized substances gave high cation and cluster ion intensities. Low, but structurally significant, fragmentation was observed.

High resolution mass spectrometry. Bufadienolides—II.

Organic Mass Spectrometry, 1972
AbstractComplete low resolution mass spectra and high resolution data for selected important peaks are presented and discussed for a series of naturally occurring 14β, 15β‐epoxybufadienolides (toad poisons) and their derivatives. The compounds examined were resibufogenin, marinobufagin, cinobufagin, desacetylcinobufagin, cinobufotalin ...
