Optimization of B Cell Responses in Human Immune System Mice Through Organoid Based Screening
Human immune system (HIS) mice show limited B cell responses to immunization. Using HIS mouse spleen organoids, this study identifies cytokine combinations and innate immune signals that drive human B cell expansion, differentiation, and class‐switch. Applying these signals in vivo through temporal separation enables antigen‐specific IgG responses and ...

Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) cells evade natural killer (NK) cell immunity by secreting IL8 and CXCL1. These chemokines suppress NK cells’ function via CXCR1/2 and enhance cancer cells’ survival through PD‐L1 upregulation and BCL‐2 anti‐apoptotic signaling.

HLAscan: genotyping of the HLA region using next-generation sequencing data
Background Several recent studies showed that next-generation sequencing (NGS)-based human leukocyte antigen (HLA) typing is a feasible and promising technique for variant calling of highly polymorphic regions. To date, however, no method with sufficient

PLD3 activates the lysosomal‐AKT‐NF‐κB axis to drive cellular senescence in macrophages, establishing an immunosuppressive TME by limiting the infiltration of cytotoxic T, NK, and NKT cells, which confers resistance to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Abrine inhibits PLD3 expression, restoring antitumor immunity and synergizing with anti‐PD‐1 treatment.

SSR4, a TRAP component induced in B cells, governs BAFFR N‐glycosylation via DDOST to sustain NF‐κB signaling, B‐cell differentiation, and TLS maturation. Its loss impairs anti‐tumor immunity, while overexpression improves antibody glycosylation and ADCC, revealing a critical regulator for cancer immunotherapy.

A report of a probable case of familial Guillain Barre syndrome
Although it is a sporadic disease, few studies have reported cases of Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS) in families which postulate a genetic susceptibility.

Radiotherapy‐treated tumor membranes are integrated with Mn‐MOF nanoadjuvants to generate Mn@RM, a lymph node‐draining nanovaccine that delivers radiotherapy‐remodeled antigenic components. Mn@RM enhances dendritic cell activation, amplifies T cell‐mediated antitumor immunity, and synergizes with radiotherapy and PD‐1 blockade for combination cancer ...

The significance of HLA typing in transplantation [PDF]
Although genetic admixture has recently occurred among different ethnic groups with the increased rates of migration to big cities, information about HLA allele distribution in different ethnic groups in Iran may still be helpful to improve the selection of transplantation donor candidates from certain ethnic groups which are genetically closer to the ...

Exosomal miR‐146a‐5p is identified as a pivotal regulator in steroid‐induced osteonecrosis. Its reduction activates NF‐κB signaling, compromises mitophagy, and disrupts mitochondrial bioenergetics, resulting in autophagic disequilibrium. Engineered exosomes delivering miR‐146a‐5p reinstate mitochondrial function, augment oxidative phosphorylation and ...
