Determining TRPM7 in human cardiomyocytes
2018Introduction. hTRPM7 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TRPM7 gene, which appears to be ubiquitously expressed with highest expression in heart, and is thought to be involved in magnesium homeostasis as well as in disease processes like atrial fibrillation.

[Ploidies of cardiomyocytes in human myocardial hypertrophy].
Biulleten' eksperimental'noi biologii i meditsiny, 1992DNA cytophotometry has been performed in ventricular cardiomyocytes of hypertrophic human hearts. In the cases of hypertrophy in adults (generalized atherosclerosis, postinfarct scars), polyploidy expression did not exceed the limits of normal variability developed during childhood.
