Integrated methylome–transcriptome–microbiome analysis of AD skin identified thousands of DMRs. Rho GTPase signaling and actin–junctional programs emerged as central hubs integrating immune, epithelial, and microbial interactions in the pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis.

Autosomal Dominant Hyper‐IgE Syndrome Patients Retain IL10‐Producing preTh17‐Cells That Are Activated by Opportunistic Pathogens and Support IgE Production

IL‐10 producing CCR6+Th‐cells are central memory T‐cells that express ROR‐γt and differentiate to Th17‐cells via an autocrine loop of STAT3‐activating cytokines (preTh17). STAT3‐deficient AD‐HIES patients lack Th17‐ and Tfh17‐cells but retain preTh17‐ and Th1/17‐cells.

Polypropylene Nanoplastic Exposure to Respiratory Epithelial Barrier‐On‐Chip and Interfacial Interactions With Human Serum Albumin

Exposure to 305 nm PP NPs significantly disrupts the airway barrier‐on‐chip, reducing TEER, suppressing ZO‐1/ACE2 expression, and triggering ROS‐mediated apoptosis. In biological media, PP NPs exhibit a biphasic adsorption pattern, leading to the formation of a protein corona that increases their size to 364 nm.

These updated guidelines consider changes in prehospital practice and parallel changes in the practice of in‐hospital emergency anaesthesia, with the aim of encouraging standardised safe anaesthetic practice in a challenging clinical area.
