Lecanemab Reduces Neuropsychiatric Symptoms and Related Regional Brain Amyloid Load in Early Alzheimer's Disease: A Preliminary Prospective Study

This prospective study shows that 6 months of lecanemab treatment significantly reduces brain amyloid load and improves neuropsychiatric symptoms in early Alzheimer's disease. These improvements are linked to amyloid clearance and structural changes in emotion‐related brain regions, indicating benefits beyond cognition.
