Changes in nucleotides and production of hypoxanthine in rohu (Labeo rohita), mrigal (Cihhrina mrigala) and common carp (Cyprinus carpio) during storage at 2-4°C were examined. Differences were observed between common carp and others.

Sprague‐Dawley rats were used to investigate postprandial metabolic and inflammatory responses following the consumption of an energy‐dense meal. Time‐resolved plasma and liver analyses revealed fluctuations in bile acid levels, particularly cholic acid, along with changes in metabolic intermediates, oxylipins, and inflammatory markers.

Curcumin inhibits the ROS/NEK7‐NLRP3 inflammasome pathway by reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and disrupting the association of the NEK7‐NLRP3 complex.
