Association between altered metabolism and genetic mutations in human glioma
Background Molecular markers for classification of gliomas include isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) mutations and codeletion of chromosomal arms 1p and 19q (1p/19q).

Understanding the Role of IDH Mutation in Chondrosarcoma [PDF]
Chondrosarcomas constitute a heterogeneous group of malignant bone tumors that produce hyaline cartilaginous matrix. Chondrosarcomas are generally resistant to conventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy, leaving surgery as the only curative treatment ...

ABSTRACT Background The clinical relevance of MGMT promoter methylation in IDH‐mutant gliomas remains controversial in the era of molecular classification. We aimed to systematically evaluate its clinical relevance by integrating quantitative assessment, cutoff exploration, and adjustment for clinical confounding.

Advanced Materials for Biologics Delivery to Brain Tumors
Material innovation is central to unlocking the therapeutic potential of biologics against many central nervous system diseases, including brain cancer. By engineering carriers with controlled transport, targeting, and release properties, advanced materials can overcome the blood–brain barrier and tumor microenvironment, improving the delivery of ...

The study establishes an immune‐cure (ICu) mouse model based on a TMEMed G422TN‐GBM system that faithfully recapitulates human TMEMed GBM. scRNA‐seq analysis reveals a Csmd3+ microglial subset with innate immune memory (IIM) potential that potently suppresses GBM growth, drives a TME cold‐to‐hot transition, and induces 100% ICu in long‐term survival ...

This review elucidates how cancer cell metabolic reprogramming—across glucose, lipid, amino acid, and nucleotide pathways—remodels the tumor microenvironment to suppress anti‐tumor immunity and promote immune escape. Targeting these metabolic axes offers promising strategies to overcome immunotherapy resistance and enhance cancer treatment.
