Brain Pathology, EarlyView.C3aR expression in IDH‐wildtype glioblastoma is predominantly associated with the myeloid/macrophage compartment and heterogeneous macrophage states. C3aR‐high tumors are enriched among MGMT promoter‐methylated tumors and show improved overall survival, although the prognostic association requires independent validation.

CD93—An emerging vascular target in cancer therapy
British Journal of Pharmacology, EarlyView.Abstract CD93 is a single‐pass transmembrane glycoprotein that belongs to the C‐type lectin domain group XIV family of proteins.
