, 2013 Tumor tissue was obtained at 7 days after the first viral treatment. ELISA was performed to estimate the level of IL-12 (a), IL-23 (b), IFN-γ (c), and TNF-α (d) in tumor tissues. Experiments were carried out in triplicate and repeated three times.
