Click-to-Release for Controlled Immune Cell Activation: Tumor-Targeted Unmasking of an IL12 Prodrug [PDF]
PharmaceuticalsObjectives: Immunotherapy utilizing immune-stimulating cytokines such as IL12 holds great promise for the treatment of cancer. However, clinical use of IL12 is hampered due to severe toxicity following systemic administration.

Enhanced potency of immune checkpoint inhibitors against poorly immunological solid tumors by immune stimulatory oncolytic adenoviruses-mediated remodeling of the tumor microenvironment [PDF]
Molecular MedicineImmune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) have shown promising results against a variety of solid tumors across clinical trials. However, ICI monotherapy is often ineffective in patients with non-immunogenic tumors that exhibit high level of immunosuppression ...

Cardiotrophin-like cytokine factor 1 forms a complex with IL12/IL23p40 [PDF]
Scientific ReportsCardiotrophin-like cytokine factor 1 (CLCF1) is a cytokine of the IL6/IL12 superfamily with pro-neurotrophic and immune-modulating functions. Although the pro-neurotrophic activities of CLCF1 are mediated through the ciliary neurotrophic factor receptor (
