ROR1 represents a promising target for the development of novel antiproliferative compounds, giving its high expression in different cancer cell lines. The present study describes the workflow leading to the design, synthesis, and characterization of a series of para‐phenylenediamine‐based compounds able to interact with the target kinase, inhibiting ...

A Novel Interaction of Staphylococcal Protein A With Human Fibronectin and Its Implications in Host Cell Adhesion. [PDF]
Through this study, we discovered and characterized a previously undescribed interaction between Staphylococcal protein A (SpA) and human fibronectin. We also present data that suggest a potential mechanism for SpA's contribution to bacterial adhesion to host cells, opening to potential new strategies to fight S. aureus infections.

Optimizing target engagement for bispecific antibodies (bsAbs) is challenging, as bsAbs bind to two different targets in vivo to form a trimolecular complex (trimer), and likely display a bell‐shaped concentration–response curve. bsAbs trimer formation is expected to be related to efficacy and safety, and determining the dose level at which it is ...

ABSTRACT Cancer is a result of uncontrolled cell growth with the potential to damage or spread to another part of the body. It is the deadliest disease in the world; therefore, rapid and sensitive detection is essential to fight it. In the past few decades, many diagnosis tools have been developed to detect cancer and monitor therapy progress.

Palynofacies assemblages from the onshore Potiguar Basin display a wide thermal maturity range, with vitrinite reflectance (%Ro) values of 0.46–2.72 measured from nine samples at depths of 1059–4443 m. A strong correlation exists between %Ro and Raman parameters, specifically the G‐band's full width at half maximum.
