IMGT-ONTOLOGY for immunogenetics and immunoinformatics.
IMGT, the international ImMunoGeneTics information system(R) (http://imgt.cines.fr), is a high quality integrated knowledge resource specializing in immunoglobulins (IG), T cell receptors (TR), major histocompatibility complex (MHC) and related proteins of the immune system (RPI) of human and other vertebrates, created in 1989, by the Laboratoire d ...

In‐silico drug discovery pipeline for Mycetoma caused by Nocardia brasiliensis. A library of 1034 phytocompounds was screened to identify potent inhibitors, with Parviflorone F showing strong binding and stability against the 50S ribosomal unit. Molecular dynamics confirmed its inhibitory potential, offering a promising therapeutic candidate.

Immunoinformatics: Current trends and future directions
Immunoinformatics has recently emerged as a critical field for accelerating immunology research. Although still an evolving process, computational models now play instrumental roles, not only in directing the selection of key experiments, but also in the formulation of new testable hypotheses through detailed analysis of complex immunologic data that ...

Immunoinformatic Analysis of T- and B-Cell Epitopes for SARS-CoV-2 Vaccine Design
Currently, there is limited knowledge about the immunological profiles of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). We used computer-based immunoinformatic analysis and the newly resolved 3-dimensional (3D) structures of the SARS-CoV ...

TRain: T-cell receptor automated immunoinformatics
The scarcity of available structural data makes characterizing the binding of T-cell receptors (TCRs) to peptide-Major Histocompatibility Complexes (pMHCs) very challenging. The recent surge in sequencing data makes TCRs an ideal target for protein structure modeling. Through these 3D models, researchers can potentially identify key motifs on the TCR's
