Computation‐Guided Tunnel Engineering Enhances O2 Transport and H2O2 Resistance of Fe(II)/α‐Ketoglutarate‐Dependent Dioxygenases

This study presents a computational tunnel engineering strategy in Fe(II)/α‐ketoglutarate‐dependent dioxygenases (αKGDs) to enhance oxygen (O2) transport, an essential molecule for αKGDs, and limit hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) entry, an inhibitor from the αKG supply system.

Femtosecond‐Laser Nanocavitation Regenerates SERS‐Active Plasmonic Nanogaps for Longitudinal Molecular Sensing at Biointerfaces

A regenerative molecular sensing platform that co‐localizes surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) sensing and nanocavitation‐based actuation. Femtosecond‐laser triggered nanocavitation produces thermomechanical forces to locally regenerate SERS‐active nanogaps in protein‐rich biofluids while preserving optical performance.

ANXA2+ sEVs promote cisplatin resistance in ATC by stabilizing the SRC/LDHA interaction, increasing LDHA phosphorylation and activity, and lactate production. Elevated lactate levels promote KAT5‐mediated lactylation of XRCC5 at lysine 265, enhancing its binding to XRCC6.
