Pre‐Regenerative Endothelial Cells Empowered by Antler Blood Exosomes Orchestrate Peripheral Nerve Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The pre‐regenerative vascular niche (PVN) is essential for nerve repair, yet its endothelial blueprint remains unclear. We identified angiogenic ECs (AECs) as the dominant pre‐regenerative subset and found that antler blood–derived exosomes (AB‐EXO) promote repair via IMP3.

Turmeric rhizomes reduced in vitro methane production and improved gas production and nutrient degradability

open access: yesAnimal Biotechnology
The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of dry turmeric rhizomes on in vitro biogas production and diet fermentability. Turmeric rhizomes were included at gradually increased levels: 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2% of a diet containing per kg dr matter (DM):

Use of fermentable carbohydrate in efforts to improve in vitro rument fermentation products

open access: yesIOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science, 2019
Abstract Global warming increases as the gas concentration rises into the atmosphere such as N-NH3, CO2, CH4, carbon (c), Florine, Chlorine, and Bromine. One method used to overcome this problem is to use additive feed ingredients containing carbohydrates fermentable.

Sustainable Fabrication of Tailored Bone Substitutes: From High‐Throughput Scaffold Manufacturing, Scaled‐Up HMSC Expansion to Dynamic Cultivation in a Perfusion Bioreactor

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The demand for off‐the‐shelf biocompatible bone substitutes has driven the development of numerous independent in vitro technologies to generate products resembling physiological tissues. Due to technical challenges and overly simplified cultivation approaches/niches, the end‐products are often uniformly shaped and inferior to native bone ...

Single‐Cell Profiling Identifies SLC2A5‐Mediated Fructose Metabolism as a Vulnerability in Primary CNS Lymphoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Glucose deprivation in the primary CNS lymphoma (PCNSL) tumor microenvironment drives SLC2A5 (encoding GLUT5)‐dependent fructose metabolism in tumor cells, while hypoxia induces HIF‐mediated SLC2A5 expression in tumor‐supportive macrophages, revealing SLC2A5‐driven fructose utilization as a shared and targetable metabolic vulnerability across malignant

Lactate‐Driven Restriction of Mitochondrial Permeability Transition Promotes Resistance to Chemo‐Immunotherapy by Suppressing Tumor PANoptosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Tumor‐derived lactate establishes a metabolic lock that drives chemo‐immunotherapy resistance by suppressing PANoptosis. Mechanistically, KAT8 lactylates the mitochondrial translocator ANT2, which recruits PGAM5 to dephosphorylate CypD. This cascade restricts mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening, preventing pro‐inflammatory mtDNA leakage.
