SOX30 Facilitates Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer Metastasis via TNFR2–NF‐κB Signaling and Tumor Microenvironment Remodeling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SOX30 drives triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) metastasis through a dual mechanism: direct activation of the TNFR2/NF‐κB signaling cascade and subsequent CCL20‐mediated recruitment of tumor‐associated macrophages (TAMs) into the tumor microenvironment.

Synthetic Shewanella‐Bacillus Microbial Consortia for Enhanced Metal Oxide Leaching From Spent Lithium‐Ion Batteries Using Brewing Wastewater as Leaching Agent

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A recycling approach of spent lithium‐ion batteries is developed using brewing wastewater as the leaching agent and an engineering microbial consortium as the biocatalyst. Shewanella oneidensis reduces spent LiNixCoyMn1‐x‐yO2 cathodes via extracellular electron transfer, while Bacillus subtilis removes residual ethanol to eliminate inhibition.

Adhesion‐Enhanced Engineered Probiotic for Prolonged Intestinal Retention and Calprotectin‐Responsive IBD Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An intelligent engineered probiotic platform is developed for the precision management of inflammatory bowel disease. By integrating surface‐displayed adhesins with an inflammation‐responsive CAT‐SOD‐GPx tripartite fusion system and mucosal repair factors, this programmable system achieves prolonged intestinal retention and multi‐pronged therapy.

Multi‐Tissue Crosstalk Regulating Meniscus Healing Under Inflammation and Physiological Loading

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Using a novel Meniscus‐on‐a‐chip (MoC) model integrated with a meniscus‐specific bioreactor, this study investigated the roles of multi‐tissue crosstalk that regulates injury, healing, and degeneration of the meniscus injury under inflammation and pathophysiological loading.

Dual Repression by IPA1 Fine‐Tunes OsbZIP79‐Mediated Salt Tolerance in Rice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dual repression by IPA1 fine‐tunes OsbZIP79‐mediated salt tolerance in rice: direct transcriptional inhibition under normal conditions and salt‐induced degradation under stress. This dual mechanism activates OsbZIP79 to regulate Na+/K+ homeostasis and redox balance via downstream genes, enabling optimal salt stress response.
