Further results on independent double roman trees
A double Roman dominating function (DRDF) on a graph [Formula: see text] is a function [Formula: see text] such that every vertex u with f(u) = 0 is adjacent to at least one vertex assigned a 3 or to at least two vertices assigned a 2, and every vertex v

Multiple ETS family transcription factors bind mutant p53 via distinct interaction regions
Mutant p53 gain‐of‐function is thought to be mediated by interaction with other transcription factors. We identify multiple ETS transcription factors that can bind mutant p53 and found that this interaction can be promoted by a PXXPP motif. ETS proteins that strongly bound mutant p53 were upregulated in ovarian cancer compared to ETS proteins that ...

Unicyclic graphs with strong equality between the 2-rainbow domination and independent 2-rainbow domination numbers [PDF]
A 2-emph{rainbow dominating function} (2RDF) on a graph $G=(V, E)$ is a function $f$ from the vertex set $V$ to the set of all subsets of the set ${1,2}$ such that for any vertex $vin V$ with $f(v)=emptyset$ the condition $bigcup_{uin N(v)}f(u)={1,2}$

Outer-independent k-rainbow domination
An outer-independent k-rainbow dominating function of a graph G is a function f from $V(G) $ to the set of all subsets of $\{1,2,\ldots ,k\} $ such that both the following hold: (i) $\{1,\ldots ,k\}=\bigcup _{u\in N(v)} f(u) $ whenever v is a vertex with

Bone metastasis in prostate cancer (PCa) patients is a clinical hurdle due to the poor understanding of the supportive bone microenvironment. Here, we identify stearoyl‐CoA desaturase (SCD) as a tumor‐promoting enzyme and potential therapeutic target in bone metastatic PCa.

Independent double Roman domination in graphs
For a graph G = (V,E), a double Roman dominating function has the property that for every vertex with f(v) = 0, either there exists a vertex , with f(u) = 3, or at least two neighbors having f(x) = f(y) = 2, and every vertex with value 1 under f has at ...

On trees with equal Roman domination and outer-independent Roman domination numbers
Summary: A Roman dominating function (RDF) on a graph \(G\) is a function \(f : V (G) \to \{0, 1, 2\}\) satisfying the condition that every vertex \(u\) for which \(f(u) = 0\) is adjacent to at least one vertex \(v\) for which \(f(v) = 2\). A Roman dominating function \(f\) is called an outer-independent Roman dominating function (OIRDF) on \(G\) if ...

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Forcing Independent Domination Number of a Graph
In this paper, we obtain the forcing independent domination number of some special graphs. Further, we determine the forcing independent domination number of graphs under some binary operations such join, corona and lexicographic product of two graphs.

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.
