A Dual‐Bioresponsive and Programmable Microneedle Matrix as a Bioinspired Coupler for Orchestrating Diabetic Bone Regeneration

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This project developed a smart bandage‐like patch (a microneedle array) for repairing diabetic bone damage. It intelligently senses signals from infection and inflammation, then releases its medicines in a specific, timed sequence: first an antibacterial agent, then an anti‐inflammatory agent, and finally growth factors.

Evolution of Cooperation when Feedback to Reputation Scores is Voluntary [PDF]

open access: yes
Reputation systems are used to facilitate interaction between strangers in one-shot social dilemmas, like transactions in e-commerce. The functioning of various reputation systems depend on voluntary feedback derived from the participants in those social

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF DIRECT AND INDIRECT WRITTEN CORRECTIVE FEEDBACK IN IMPROVING EFL LEARNERS’ HORTATORY EXPOSITION WRITING [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
: At present, research has not adequately dealt with corrective feedback (Mirzaii & Aliabadi, 2013). Adam (2003) claims that written production and feedback are important for SLA.

From Behavior to Dynamics: Decoding Carrier Roles in Cu‐based Photocathodes for Solar‐Driven CO2 Reduction

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The performance of Cu‐based photocathodes in photoelectrochemical CO2 reduction is not governed by catalytic sites alone, but by the dynamic journey of photogenerated carriers. This review decodes how carrier generation, recombination, transport, accumulation, extraction, and electrolyte coupling shape catalytic activity, selectivity, and stability ...

Revision vs. Attention Requirements: Impacts on the Efficacy of the Written Indirect Corrective Feedback [PDF]

open access: yes, 2021
This quantitative experimental study, which followed a pretest-treatment-posttest-delayed posttest design, investigated the effects of revision versus attention mediation on the efficacy of the written indirect coded feedback to improve the EFL learners’

The role of teacher feedback on students’ motivation: a situated expectancy-value perspective

open access: yesFrontiers in Psychology
Teacher feedback has been argued to enhance students’ learning. Recent studies, however, have shown mixed findings. Some studies reported positive, others negligible, and still others a negative impact of teachers’ feedback on students’ learning ...
