This systematic review and meta‐analysis (100 trials, 9192 patients) clarifies breast cancer ICI‐based combination toxicity hierarchies. ICI‐ADC has higher grade ≥ 3 TRAEs; ICI‐mTKI has the worst irAEs, while ICI‐PARPi/HER2‐targeted combinations present the lowest risks.

Targeting Overexpressed IDO in Stromal Cells as a Potential Therapeutic Strategy in Multiple Myeloma
IDO expression in stromal cells was upregulated by MM cells via the JAK–STAT1–NF‐κB–IRF1 signaling pathway. JAK inhibitor abolished IDO and IRF1 upregulation. ABSTRACT Stromal cells are an essential component of the tumor microenvironment (TME) in multiple myeloma (MM). Indoleamine 2,3‐dioxygenase 1 (IDO), an enzyme that metabolizes tryptophan (Trp) to

ABSTRACT Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) exert their effects primarily through paracrine signaling via soluble factors and extracellular vesicles (EVs), especially exosomes. These acellular components offer regenerative and immunomodulatory benefits with fewer safety and logistical constraints than cell‐based therapies.

This review surveys recent progress in the synthesis of extended aromatic quinolizinium derivatives via intramolecular SNAr and oxidative 6π‐electrocyclization. Conventional thermal approaches are discussed alongside emerging, sustainable activation methods such as electrosynthesis and photochemical processes.
