Measuring method of axisymmetric three dimensional residual stresses based on theory of inherent strain.

軸対称三次元残留応力測定法としてSachs法がある. この方法は, 計測ひずみに誤差が混入すると誤差が拡大し, 残留応力の測定精度が極端に低下する. これに対し, 新しく固有ひずみを媒介とする軸対称三次元残留応力測定理論を提案し, 具体的な測定方法と手順およびSachs法の問題点が解決されることを示した. また, 軸材の焼入れにより生じた三次元残留応力を実測し, 固有ひずみを媒介とする新しい測定法の有用性と実用性を示す.
