Innate lymphoid cells and fibrotic regulation
Innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) are innate immune cells that do not possess B or T cell receptors but belong to the lymphoid lineage. While these cells have not yet been extensively investigated since their classification as a homogenous group, emerging ...

Optimized Protocol for Characterization of Mouse Gut Innate Lymphoid Cells
© 2020 Valle-Noguera, Gómez-Sánchez, Girard-Madoux and Cruz-Adalia.Since their discovery, innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) have gradually been gaining greater relevance in the field of immunology due to their multiple functions in the innate immune response.

Radiotherapy‐treated tumor membranes are integrated with Mn‐MOF nanoadjuvants to generate Mn@RM, a lymph node‐draining nanovaccine that delivers radiotherapy‐remodeled antigenic components. Mn@RM enhances dendritic cell activation, amplifies T cell‐mediated antitumor immunity, and synergizes with radiotherapy and PD‐1 blockade for combination cancer ...

CCL3 and IL‐7 Synergistically Enhance CAR‐T Efficacy in Solid Tumors
Synergistic delivery of CCL3 and IL‐7 by CAR‐T cells overcomes the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment by enhancing cell infiltration, survival, and local immune reprogramming. This also establishes positive feedback that amplifies anti‐tumor activity and memory responses in both CAR‐T and endogenous T cells, presenting a robust therapeutic ...

This study develops 16:0 LPC‐modified lipid nanoparticles (LPC‐LNPs) with cancer cell specificity by exploiting altered tumor lipid metabolism. LPC‐LNPs encapsulating Cd28 small interfering RNA (LPC‐LNP‐Cd28) knock down cancer cell CD28 without affecting T cells, inflame the tumor microenvironment, and overcome anti‐PD‐1 resistance.

Cancer vaccines face limitations in pancreatic cancer due to insufficient tumor antigens. This ionic liquid ILvax via local tumor delivery triggers robust cDC1‐dependent systemic anti‐tumor immunity. It boosts endogenous CD8+ T cells and optimizes adoptive TCR‐T function, providing a promising synergistic therapeutic strategy.

Ontogeny of innate T lymphocytes - some innate lymphocytes are more innate then others
Innate lymphocytes have recently received a lot of attention. However, there are different ideas about the definition of what is innate in lymphocytes. Lymphocytes without V(D)J-rearranged antigen receptors are now termed innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) and
