Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Immunoglobulin isotype distribution.
Immunoglobulin isotype distribution of antibodies secreted by plasmablasts reactive with Vi and O-9,12 antigen (ASC/106 PBMC) in 25 volunteers immunized with the Vi capsular polysaccharide, and with O-9,12 antigen in 25 volunteers immunized with the ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Human isotype‐dependent inhibitory antibody responses against Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Accumulating evidence from experimental animal models suggests that antibodies play a protective role against tuberculosis (TB). However, little is known about the antibodies generated upon Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) exposure in humans.

Isotype subgroups of mixed groups [PDF]
summary:In this paper, we initiate the study of various classes of isotype subgroups of global mixed groups. Our goal is to advance the theory of $\Sigma$-isotype subgroups to a level comparable to its status in the simpler contexts of torsion-free and ...

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.
