Glomeruloid haemangioma in Erdheim–Chester disease: An atypical skin manifestation associated with elevated vascular endothelial growth factor‐A levels

Glomeruloid haemangiomas and extensive angiomas occurred in a small subset of Erdheim–Chester disease patients, all showing markedly elevated vascular endothelial growth factor‐A (VEGF‐A) levels despite the absence of POEMS (polyneuropathy, organomegaly, M‐spike, and skin disease) syndrome.

Population‐Based Identification of Clonal Hematopoiesis Using Peripheral Blood Whole‐Genome Sequencing in Japan

Losartan Enhances Radiosensitivity by Reversing Immunosuppressive Tumor Microenvironment Induced by Radiotherapy in TNBC

Our study demonstrates that the angiotensin receptor blocker losartan enhances the efficacy of radiotherapy in triple‐negative breast cancer by reversing the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Losartan reprograms tumor‐associated macrophages, inhibits myeloid‐derived suppressor cell function, and boosts CD8+ T‐cell activity.

Gasdermin‐Mediated Pyroptosis: Novel Strategies Against Colorectal Cancer

Pyroptosis is a double‐edged sword in colorectal cancer (CRC): chronic low‐grade pyroptosis promotes tumor progression, whereas acute induction of pyroptosis in cancer cells triggers antitumor immunity and enhances therapeutic response. Targeting gasdermin‐mediated pyroptosis represents a promising strategy for CRC treatment.
