Short‐Wavelength Infrared Imaging with Organic Photodetectors Based on Non‐Fullerene Acceptors with Detection above 1200 nm

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Solution‐processed organic photodetectors (OPDs) based on two novel low band gap non‐fullerene acceptors BZIC‐2F and BZIC‐2Cl, when blended with common polymer donor P3HT, extend detection range beyond 1200 nm with superior performance, rivaling costly inorganic sensors and past literature.

What Affects the Public Relations Practitioners’ Job Performance?:An Application of the JD-R Model

open access: yesJournal of Public Relations, 2019
Objectives This study examined which variables affect the practitioner’s occupational health (job burnout and job engagement) and job performance based on the job demands-resource model (Bakker & Demerouti, 2007). Methods This study used a survey of 205 practitioners from in-house public relations departments.

Quantized charge pumping by surface acoustic waves in ballistic quasi-1D channels

open access: yes, 2004
Adiabatic pumping of electrons induced by surface acoustic waves (SAWs) in a ballistic quasi-1D quantum channel is considered using an exactly solvable tight-binding model for non-interacting electrons. The single-electron degrees of freedom, responsible

The study of Personal Resources of Psychological Capital and Problem-Focused coping in the JD-R Model

open access: yes, 2022
This research investigated the positive effects of psychological capital (psycap) and problem-focused coping on job stress and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB). By using the Job demands and resources model (JD-R model) and conservation of resources theory (COR), we propose that problem-focused coping act as a mediator in a way that it can ...
