"职业精疲力竭症"(job burnout,也有译作职业倦怠或职业能量耗竭)作为一个专门术语是由美国临床心理学家Fre-denberger和美国社会心理学家Maslach于20世纪70年代初引入科学文献的[1].由于这一术语引人注目的形象,更由于这一术语所描述的现象成为公共服务职业(如医生、护士、警察、教师、律师、经理、社会工作者、心理卫生工作者等)中的重要问题,不仅影响了个体的身心健康,而且对家庭、组织及社会带来了严重的不良后果,所以得到了美国及欧洲国家的日益重视和广泛研究.本文试图对职业精疲力竭症的概念、测量、影响因素以及干预的研究做一综述,以期为我国职业精疲力竭症的评估及干预提供借鉴。
