Expression of Ki67 in Precancerous Squamous Cell Skin Lesion of Mice Induced by DMBA
Background: Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is an invasive skin cancer that is found in the human skin. SCC growth from the precancerous lesion is known as a wart or papilloma. Ki67 is a protein expressed by cells during proliferation. Cells with higher

A study of Ki67 Labeling Index (LI) by immunohistochemistry was carried out in 47 CNS neoplasms. Astrocytic and oligodendroglial tumours were the most common group with glioblastoma, NOS and diffuse astrocytoma, NOS Grade II predominating. Ki67 LI of diffuse astrocytomas varied from 0.72 to 13.9% with a mean of 4.36%.

Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

Single‐cell longitudinal profiling reveals that androgen‐deprivation therapy induces a DPT+ fibroblast‐complement axis that suppresses macrophage inflammation and drives CD8+ T cell exhaustion in prostate cancer. Concurrently, resistant epithelial subpopulations persist and engage TSPAN1‐ and NRXN1‐mediated programs promoting CRPC and neuroendocrine ...

Prostate cancer is immunologically ‘cold’, with scarce, dysfunctional type 1 conventional dendritic cells (cDC1s) that limit T cell priming. We introduce an aptamer‐targeted liposomedelivering FMS‐like tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (Flt3L) and chlorin e6 (Ce6). Ultrasound induces antigen release and cDC1s recruitment, creating an in situ cDC1 vaccine.

This work proposes a novel strategy to fabricate unimolecular pyroptosis photoinitiators activated by deep‐red light at low light doses. It relies on a photosensitization mechanism to trigger nitric oxide (NO) release from benzisothiadiazole‐based N‐nitrosanilines without modification of nitro moieties, thereby boosting pyroptosis‐mediated ...

This study establishes [68Ga]Ga‐DOTA‐AP9 as a first‐in‐human CD147‐targeted PET tracer with favorable safety and specific tumor uptake. Tracer accumulation correlates with CD147 expression in patients, enabling noninvasive quantification of CD147‐positive malignancies.

Enhancing Maturation of Human Neuromuscular Organoids via Electrical Stimulation
A framework for on‐demand and non‐invasive exposure of human neuromuscular organoids (NMOs) to electrical stimuli is established to promote their maturation. The robustness and effectiveness of different stimulation regimes are evaluated via thorough characterization of organoid tissue structure and contraction capacity. Chronic electrical stimulation,

Empowering the NSC-34 cell line as a motor neuron model: Cytosine arabinoside’s action
The NSC-34 cell line is a widely recognized motor neuron model and various neuronal differentiation protocols have been exploited. Under previously reported experimental conditions, only part of the cells resemble differentiated neurons; however, they do
