NSD2 Coordinates the Neurogenic‐to‐Gliogenic Transition via H3K36me2‐Dependent Activation of the EGFR‐ERK Pathway

NSD2 coordinates the neurogenic‐to‐gliogenic transition in the developing neocortex through H3K36me2‐dependent activation of EGFR–ERK signaling. Loss of NSD2 disrupts astroglial and oligodendroglial development, whereas ERK activation rescues gliogenic defects in vitro and in vivo.

A Second Pathogenic Protein, PolyGN2C‐iso2, Reveals a Dual‐Protein Pathology in Neuronal Intranuclear Inclusion Disease

This study reveals that NOTCH2NLC transcript variant 2 generates PolyGN2C‐iso2, an aggregating protein present within intranuclear inclusions of NIID patient tissues. Selective Polarity Control of Metal Oxide Semiconductors for Complementary Logic Gates

A scalable electrochemical doping strategy enables in situ p‐to‐n polarity conversion in tin oxide (SnO) thin films using electrolyte gating. Both the pristine p‐type SnO transistor and the electrochemically converted n‐type SnO2 transistor exhibited noticeable and stable electrical performance.

Nanoparticle‐Mediated Bubble Suppression During Droplet Solidification for Mechanical Reinforcement
