Pseudorabies virus (PRV), an emerging zoonotic α‐herpesvirus, causes life‐threatening human encephalitis. We identified a broad‐spectrum neutralizing antibody 6F7 targeting PRV gD. It blocks gD‐Nectin‐1 binding and membrane fusion, inhibiting replication across all PRV variants, representing a promising candidate for anti‐PRV therapy.

Xenogeneic Mitochondrial Transplantation Improves Selected Age‐Associated Phenotypes in Mice
Yak‐derived xenogeneic mitochondrial transplantation improves selected age‐associated phenotypes in mice, enhances mitochondrial functional readouts, and engages host mitochondrial quality‐control pathways. Broad tissue biodistribution, increased ATP production and mtDNA copy number, reduced ROS levels and dysfunctional mitochondria, improved motility ...

HIV-1 latency reversing agents converge on phosphoregulation of nuclear protein complexes
ABSTRACT Despite the success of antiretroviral therapy (ART), HIV-1 persists in latently infected cells, posing a central barrier to a cure. “Shock-and-kill” strategies using latency-reversing agents (LRAs) have shown some promise in reactivating viral gene expression ex vivo , but ...

The uncovered IKKβ‐USP28‐HEY1 axis fuels cancer stemness and immune evasion in hepatocellular carcinoma. USP28 deubiquitinates HEY1 upon IKKβ‐mediated phosphorylation, conferring PD‐1/PD‐L1 blockade resistance. Pharmacological inhibition of USP28 sensitizes resistant tumors to anti‐PD‐1 immunotherapy, revealing a promising therapeutic strategy ...

CBP/p300 lysine acetyltransferases inhibit HIV-1 expression in latently infected T cells
Summary: HIV-1 latency is regulated by chromatin modifying enzymes, and histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi) cause reactivation of provirus expression.

Lesion Site‐Targeted Microspheres Modulate Nav1.7‐Related Signaling for Osteoarthritis Treatment
Cartilage‐targeted carbamazepine‐loaded WYRGRL‐modified composite microspheres (CBZ/WCOM) anchor to exposed type II collagen in osteoarthritic lesions and release carbamazepine under acidic conditions. This bind‐then‐release platform modulates Nav1.7‐related sodium signaling, Na⁺/Ca²⁺ exchanger‐associated Ca2+ dynamics, and heat shock protein 70 ...
